Hello! Welcome, beautiful soul!

I'm Michelle, a Women's Empowerment Coach & Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping women feel confident to fearlessly be their true self and be nourished in mind, body and soul. I help women and young girls connect with their inner power and learn how to nourish their body, mind, and soul through a mix of spirituality and education.  

 

I deeply believe that things like eating well, having a healthy, neutral relationship with food, yourself and your body are not only possible, but are empowering.

​

Through virtual coaching, courses, and workshops, I help women overcome the struggles around feeling confident enough to be their authentic self and around fueling their body, mind, and soul. 

 

I pair the simple science like, the nutrition basics, with the inner work like mindfulness and self-connection to facilitate transformations that last a lifetime.

Michelle graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Meredith College for the Dietetic Internship, Logan University with a Master of Science in Nutrition & Human Performance, & World Instructor Training School for Personal Training. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
